Childerns Education Questionnaire

In your opinion, is your child receiving the educational support that you feel is appropriate to their learning abilities and style?  Please, could you take the time to complete the following survey/questionnaire, one for each child you have with an ASD, and add any comments.  Also, please forward this to any other parent that has a child with an autistic condition and who lives in the Scottish Borders.
